Delivery ยท June 2026
Ship small systems, not giant plans
Teams often describe delivery in terms of features. In production, the real unit is a system that can be understood, monitored, and repaired.
A small system usually has:
- one clear input path
- one visible output
- one ownership boundary
- one rollback method
That is enough to release value without forcing the entire organization to believe in a huge roadmap first. Small systems earn trust because they can be inspected directly.
Simplicity is not the absence of ambition. It is the refusal to hide risk inside vague diagrams.
